What's New?

I visit the school a while ago to claim my Diploma and Alumni I.D. There's an improvement or I must say beautification of the school ground. But look at these students. They are demanding for higher education budget.

I can say that they are right, because Beautification of the school ground is different to Improvement of Facilities. A never ending problem. I hope someday their complaints will be heard by the government.

Ruby is now a Gleek!

Gleek - a person who's addicted to Glee!  Yes! I'm now a Gleek! For those who don't know what is Glee and what's with Glee? Why  I love Glee? Well, Glee is a musical comedy-drama TV series that airs on Fox in the United States, and some local cable channels here in the Philippines. 

On the last season ending episode, Glee club was not able to get the First place in the contest. Vocal Adrenalin win the contest, with their piece Bohemian Rhapsody, while Glee Club piece is Faithfully.  Glee Season 2 started to air last Monday. The episode was titled "Audition". The club were aiming to recruitment new members, and one of them is the Philippines pride Charice Pempengco!

Her character was Sunshine Corazon. Her character named Sunshine because in the Philippines, everyday is a sunny day! Except on monsoon? (I get this   thoughts on a scene where Rachel Berry invites Sunshine Corazon to join Glee club). And Corazon because of the former Philippine President Corazon Aquino who always wearing as yellow as sunshine dresses (I read this on Lea Salonga's tweet). Charice sings Telephone (originally sung by Lady Gaga and Beyonce) together with Lea Michelle (Rachel Berry), and in her Audition piece for Glee Club is Listen from the movie Dream Girls (originally sung by Beyonce). These music are now available for downloads on iTunes.

I can't wait for the next episode!  Glee will do Britney Spears songs!

This will be  my official blog site. I deleted my previous Blogspot because i was not able to update it. So i create this new one, and i promise that I'll be active in posting my updates here.

To start, I want to introduce myself first. I'm Ruby Ann Tolentino, 21, currently residing at Paco, Manila. I'm BS Mathematics graduate from the school of  "Pila Ulit Pila or Pulubi Ulila at Palaban", PUP ( Polytechnic University of  the Philippines - Manila). I'm one year employed in an Insurance Company at Makati City. I have also extracurricular activities like cosplaying (costume-playing), travelling, exploring new places, playing dance machine games, arcade games and RPG. Music is also my passion, I do some acoustic covers of English and Japanese songs. I'll post it here soon.
